DR RUMBAK’S HUMILIATING DEFAMATORY CHARACTER-ASSASSINATION REPORT states that I am “an Economics lecturer; a bachelor with psychological problems, living in a Yeoville flat, playing the piano in bars”. Jewish Law forbids humiliation. Uncanny that Dr Rumbak wanted to book me into hospital - for a GENERAL anaesthetic - to remove splintered tooth-roots! JUDGE CLAASSEN BETRAYED THE LAW, BY FAILING IN FOUR (4) AREAS, TO ADHERE TO COURT PROTOCOL & JUDICIAL PROCEDURE; I EXPOSE HIS MISCONDUCT IN (CHAIT vs. RUMBAK Johannesburg High Court Case No. 97/20452 10 November 1998) – OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, AND AN UNLAWFUL TRIAL: Judge Claassen failed due process by refusing to allow me to refer to Dr Rumbak’s THREE (3) other victims [3 at that juncture in time], which is relevant corroborative evidence, in The Public Interest: The Public has a Right to Know The Truth (Advocate Brian Spilg motivated an out-of-court arrangement for one of Dr Rumbak’s victims); Judge Claassen refused to allow me to demonstrate to the court mouth-damage when I chew; Judge Claassen allowed Dr Rumbak’s advocate - John Suttner (with a nervous shoulder-tic) - to ask a ‘leading question’: [“are you telling the court there are only five ‘straight’ doctors in South Africa - all the rest are ‘crooks’?”, when I referred to two doctors’ lies & false medical-certificates, resulting in Steve Biko’s murder-case being forced open by five ‘straight’ doctors (see below)]. Judge Claassen was hostile & shouted at me, biasing the judgement: this is unprofessional & dishonourable; these are errors in law, making a mockery of High Court protocol & judicial procedure… apartheid injustice & public abuse of legal rules… a failed justice system; this same judge treated a burnt-vagina victim with contempt, awarding a negligible pittance; the doctor implicated fled South Africa… I strike a blow for Justice in my fight to The Death to defend TRUTH… Retired Judge Christopher Nicholson – who states that Truth, Honesty and Integrity will make a better world - encourages me with the maxim “let justice triumph, even if the heavens fall” (Sunday Times 5 May 2019). Andre Brink “A Fork in the Road” pg.428: “there are judges of the Supreme Court under investigation for receiving hundreds of thousands of rand in private payments for ‘services rendered’… this constitutes a threat to the dignity & public acceptance of the integrity of the courts”; and on pg.235: “the trial was in the hands of a right-wing judge, clearly kowtowing the apartheid regime”… Dr David Klatzow “Justice Denied” pg.66 “Justice is the key thread that holds the cloth of freedom together and, as such, it must be fiercely protected by each and every one of us”. “Our justice-system was one of the best in the world, but it has become dysfunctional and chaotic in the last decade or so, say those with knowledge of the law” (Die Burger 18 October 2018) Judicial Services Commission MUST remove old, arrogant, aggressive, hostile, blatantly-biased apartheid-mentality judges, who mete out what Americans call “a purchased verdict”… 4. ROHAN BARRY ISAACS – Dr Rumbak’s cagey-lawyer, representing Deneys Reitz attorneys – intimidated my chief-witness, who then refused to testify; Isaacs fingered my sanity, after disrupting an Economics Lecture I was giving: Isaacs terrorised me with threats “to serve orders to compel” me into evaluation by his well-briefed hired-gun medical-team, with their false reports of “pre-existing conditions in my imagination”; inter alia psychiatrist - Dr David Shevel – who concocted a FALSE medical report. Isaacs also instructed me to have a CAT-scan (brain X-ray), subjecting me to “radiation sickness”: the report points to Trigeminal Nerve Damage in the area where Dr. Rumbak butchered my mouth. Isaacs aimed to fragment my life. 5. RONALD BOBROFF - my 1st lawyer – played for time, using delaying tactics, then refused to be my attorney-of-record, with the pretext that my “case against Dr Rumbak is too expensive, too complex, and would take too long”; when Bobroff eventually released my file, vital X-rays which point to mouth-damage caused by Dr Rumbak were held back; Bobroff is being investigated by The Hawks, with international Interpol Red Notices arrest warrants for extradition; he stole millions of Rands; he was law society president, struck off The Roll (Sunday Times 29 July 2018); “the law society incurred Judge Ranchod’s wrath this week, for its tardiness in acting against its former president, Ronald Bobroff” (Sunday Times 23 July 2017). Bobroff is fugitive in Australia, with pending extradition to South Africa to face trial, after overcharging road-accident victims; his bank accounts in Israel have been frozen (S.A. Jewish Report 18-25 August 2017 & Cape Argus 12 August 2017). Appointing lawyers as guardians of TRUTH, is comparable to wolves protecting sheep! 6. PETER SOLLER - my 2nd lawyer - sent me Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case against Dr Rumbak, and was struck off The Roll by Judges Bertelsmann & de Villiers, who stated that “Soller is a danger to society”; the law society protected Soller at bogus investigations; disciplinary head, Mr du Plessis, threatened “to have me removed, if I do not keep quiet”. What is the law society going to do with Dr Rumbak’s lawyer, Rohan Barry Isaacs? Justice Minister Ronald Lamola is urged to investigate & expose criminally-corrupt legal procedures which obstruct justice, medical fraud, and false medical-reports issued by a collusive & conspiring medical-mafia-gang of ‘private-practice’ doctors. 7. MAE NAVIAS, an octogenarian social-worker, who wormed her way back as ‘consultant’ - together with Bernard David, an advocate-wearing-a-skullcap, joined ‘the conspiracy–of-silence’ - stands accused of putting a dagger in my soul, by plotting to have me evaluated at a psychiatric facility, which is mental torture: David said “it would strengthen my case” (who will be felled by this logic?); failing that, Navias blackmailed me into evaluation by Dr Gunther Winkler; Winkler was curious to know how I remain “positive, motivated & strong”, then prescribed anti-psychotic poisons – haloperidol & benzhexol – which cause stiffness, shaking & sudden Death: this is the behaviour of a Nazi murderer; Dr Winkler tried to persuade me to submit an application form (which he had already filled out) for a disability grant on the grounds of a ‘psychiatric delusional disorder’; I label this low-class, crass gambit as despicably-devilish. Mae Navias – as an accomplice – is as guilty of planned-murder as the accused, Dr Gunther Winkler. At a Religious Ceremony on 29 November 2011, Mae Navias pleaded that she is “an old lady, and wants me to forgive & forget, and to make Peace”. My reply stands: “There will be Peace, after Dr Rumbak’s insurers – Medical Protection Society (M.P.S.) - face TRUTH”! Mae Navias finally stepped down into retirement on 28 February 2014. 8. HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL – admitting its failed duty to protect The Public - is aware of Dr Rumbak’s medical negligence history & his character-assassination report: his file is kept in a dark-room. “Past Health Minister Dr. Aaron Motsoaledi found the Health Professions Council of South Africa to be deeply dysfunctional” (The Times 7 October 2016)… The World would have believed that freedom-fighter, Steve Biko, committed suicide, because Dr Ivor Lang & Dr Benjamin Tucker LIED, filling in FALSE medical-certificates to hide TRUTH. Five brazen doctors (Frances Ames, Professor Phillip Tobias, Trefor Jenkins, Edward Barker & Leslie Robertson) forced the health professions council to re-open the case, proving that Steve Biko was MURDERED by the apartheid security police. This toothless health professions council - whose ridiculous credo is “guiding the professions and protecting the public” - MUST BE COMPELLED into an inquiry, by re-opening Dr Rumbak’s negligence-history file. The health professions council found Dr Rumbak ‘blameless’, without assessing my mouth-damage. On my insistence, elderly chairman Dr Dreyer, granted a meeting, but forbade my witnesses to testify; he referred to his own pain, which accompanies his advanced age; my butchered mouth is a direct result of Dr Rumbak’s professional negligence. HIGH COURT JUDGE: 4 MISTAKES

MEDICAL STATE-CAPTURE & APARTHEID INJUSTICE SOUTH AFRICA After Dr. Julian Rumbak butchered my mouth during botched surgery – as per expert-witness Doctors’ Reports – his insurers, Medical Protection Society, used agents to duck medical negligence reparation: inter alia, plans to drug me with Haloperidol & Benzhexol - causing stiffness, shaking and sudden Death / institutionalise me – FAILED! Judge Claassen was arrogant & aggressive; he failed - IN FOUR (4) AREAS - to comply with prescribed High Court procedure, which is an error in law, biasing the judgement: I have been denied Justice, Human Rights and Truth. Dr. Rumbak has a medical-negligence history; in one instance, Adv. Brian Spilg expedited an out-of-court arrangement. In his report, Dr Rumbak ridicules and makes fun of me! Judge Raymond Zondo heads a Commission to investigate state-capture in South Africa. What will be done about MEDICAL state-capture? Does The South African Constitution allow for apartheid injustice medical state-capture, where doctors in ”private practice” are currently a law unto themselves, because The Department of Health has NO CONTROL over them? Soller sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case. Judges Bertelsmann & de Villiers struck him off the roll, stating that “Soller is a danger to society”! What is the law society going to do with lawyer Rohan Barry Isaacs? “The law society incurred Judge Ranchod’s wrath this week, for its tardiness in acting against its former president, Ronald Bobroff (Sunday Times 23 July 2017). Bobroff temporised, then refused to be my attorney-of-record, with the pretext that “my case against Dr Rumbak is too expensive, too complex, and would take too long”; when he released my file, X-rays were held back, which I instructed be released without delay; Bobroff is fugitive in Australia, with pending extradition to South Africa to face trial, after overcharging road-accident victims; his bank accounts in Israel have been frozen (S.A. Jewish Report 18-25 August 2017 & Cape Argus 12 August 2017). Appointing lawyers as guardians of TRUTH, is comparable to wolves protecting sheep! Justice Minister Michael Masutha is urged to investigate & expose criminally-corrupt legal procedures, medical fraud, and false medical reports issued by a collusive & conspiring medical-mafia-gang of ‘private-practice’ doctors. • MAE NAVIAS, a pensioned-off social-worker, who wormed her way back as ‘consultant’ - together with Bernard David, an advocate-wearing-a-skullcap - stands accused of putting a dagger in my soul, by plotting to have me evaluated at a psychiatric facility, which is mental torture; failing that, Navias blackmailed me into evaluation by Dr Gunther Winkler; he was curious to know how I remain “positive, motivated & strong”, then prescribed anti-psychotic drugs – haloperidol & benzhexol – which cause stiffness, shaking & sudden Death: this is the behaviour of a Nazi murderer; Dr Winkler tried to persuade me to submit an application form (which he had already filled out) for a disability grant on the grounds of a ‘psychiatric delusional disorder’; I label this low-class gambit as despicably-devilish. Mae Navias – as an accomplice – is as guilty of planned murder as the accused, Dr Gunther Winkler. At a Religious Ceremony on 29 November 2011, Mae Navias told me that she is “an old lady, and wants to make Peace”. My reply stands: “There will be Peace, after we face TRUTH”! APARTHEID HEALTH also means that the health professions council is paid to protect Dr. Rumbak. Their credo “guiding the professions and protecting The Public”, is a misnomer: they treat The Public with no sympathy, finding negligent doctors ‘blameless’, without meeting the damaged victims; they are aware of Dr. Rumbak’s negligence history; his victims are intimidated into silence: in one instance - where a victim suffered an onset of post-operative sinus problems, and was represented by adv. Brian Spilg - Dr. Rumbak admitted guilt, and he agreed to foot costs.
Health professions council protected the two doctors guilty of covering up Steve Biko’s murder.

DR. RUMBAK’S character-assassination report states that I am “an Economics Lecturer: a bachelor, with psychological problems, living in a flat, and playing the piano in a Yeoville bar”. After he removed my tooth roots, I experienced prolonged bleeding, my face swelled grotesquely, climaxing in excruciatingly painful cracking of the jaws, which persists today.
Dr. Rumbak told me he suffers from high blood pressure. He was amazed I have never had any operations. Lights may flash, pointing to what American doctors call “NAI: non-accidental injury”.
ROHAN BARRY ISAACS - representing Deneys Reitz attorneys - used illegal tricks and “bully tactics” to free Dr. Rumbak from shouting guilt, after botched mouth surgery stole my lecturing career and quality of life.
APARTHEID LAW SOCIETY allowed Isaacs free reign to illegally intimidate me with threats of orders, compelling me into humiliating examination by doctors whom Isaacs paid to give reports denying the blatant damage caused by Dr. Rumbak, with pretexts of “pre-existing conditions in my imagination”…
DR. DAVID SHEVEL was paid by Rohan Isaacs to issue a report pointing to ‘delusions of grandeur’, because my Economics Students achieved Top Honours on three occasions in National Examinations: he slotted this TRUTH into a psychiatric ‘delusional disorder’, using false logic…

MAY NAVIAS - an old social worker - fingered my sanity: she tried to blackmail me into an evaluation at Valkenberg Mental Hospital. After entering the portals of Valkenberg – in the company of murderers and rapists - a black mark & sour stigma sticks for life, and that person loses all further credibility!
Lawyer Rohan Isaacs then illegally intimidated my chief witness, who refused to testify; he dispossessed me, and terrorised me by disrupting my lecture with a threatening telephone call.
APARTHEID JUSTICE means that in the High Court –
CHAIT vs. RUMBAK:
Judge Claassen was blatantly biased: he would not allow me to refer to details of the damage Dr. Rumbak caused to THREE other victims, which is important and relevant Corroborative Evidence.
Judge Claassen would not allow me to demonstrate to the court that I chew in pain - like a donkey - after Dr. Rumbak damaged my Trigeminal Nerve: muscles in my neck and cheek are in permanent spasm; he dislocated my jaw, and damaged my jaw-joints, which crack. I speak in discomfort.
Judge Claassen shouted at me, and he allowed adv. John Suttner to ask a ‘leading question’.
Is this the kind of ‘judgment’ good enough to bear up in an International Court of Justice?

THE LAW SOCIETY – at five BOGUS ‘investigations’ - protected my lawyer, Peter Soller, who sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case.
Mr. du Plessis – head of the law society disciplinary committee – threatened to ‘have me removed’, if I did not keep quiet!
Soller was then struck off the attorneys’ roll by two Judges, who state that “Soller is a danger to society”!
The law society allowed “172 law firms to defraud poor road accident victims” (The Star 10 July 2001).
I draw to the attention of the world, evil acts committed by the South African medical and legal fraternity, funded by the Medical Protection Society (doctors’ professional indemnity insurers), focusing on their combined - subversive efforts - to silence stubborn victims.
